Sometimes you just have to let temptation have it's way with you

I wonder about foliar feeding, does anyone do it? I like to use an alfalfa tea spray, but I imagine almost anything could be sprayed feed-wise if prepared right?

maybe you could, but I think it would need to be digested first.
one of our past members was quite the advocate for urine foliar feeds.

ahhhh.. the uglier side of folier feeding. The knowledge that some pee all over their plants was enough for me to begin growing my own.

Course.. isn't guano??? ummm.. nevermind.. I don't wanna know..

HVAC lesson of the day. The CFM of your fan cannot exceed the CFM allowed by your filter. So if you have say... an Elicient 150b at 309 free air CFM and a can filter 38 special 33 that allows 210 CFM for instance, you are loosing whatever extra CFM the fan may allow you.
Since some just set the fan on top of the filter you would want the CFM ratings to be as close as possible.

Can fan 38 special 33 specs

Max cfm: 200/350m³h
@ 0.08 sec contact time
Recommended Min Airflow: 100 cfm
Prefilter: Yes
Flange: 6 & 8"
Dimensions: (with pre-filter)
·Outside Diameter: 305mm/12"
·Height: 330mm/13"
·Total Weight: 11.5kg/25.3lbs.
·Carbon Weight: 7.5kg/16.5lbs.
·Carbon Bed Depth: 50mm/2"
Max Operating Temp: 80ºC
Pressure drop at max cfm: 180pa/. 75wg

Can filter 50 specs

Max cfm: 420/713m³h @ 0.1 sec contact time
Recommended Min Airflow: 210 cfm
Prefilter: Yes
Flange: 6, 8 & 10"
Dimensions: (with pre-filter)
·Outside Diameter: 420mm/16.5"
·Height: 500mm/19.7"
·Total Weight: 25kg/55lbs.
·Carbon Weight: 19kg/42lbs.
·Carbon Bed Depth: 65mm/2.56"
Max Operating Temp: 80ºC
Pressure drop at max cfm: 180pa/. 75wg

New HVAC lesson of the day.

Make sure you're rooms ventilation is not sucking so much air out of your house that it shuts down all the natural gas appliances

If it is you have UBER venti!!
