Lols! Yeah weed grown with care tends to be great whatever the strain.

Any pointers on trainwreck though, mind/body/couchlock/daytime?

no couchlock with TW...for me anyway. i smoke anything day or night, but this would be a good daytime smoke i believe. mind or body huh? um....i always have a hard time choosing/deciding...isn't the mind/body thing pretty individual to the person doing the smokin'?

Body high is like a gouchy hashy feeling, maybe Morrocan hash being the best example.
Mind high would be haze or another sativa harvested young, much more mentalist.

If that makes sense.

well, i've never smoked hash.

i meant more of, describe what a mind/body high is personal to you.

i'm gonna just say it's probably more of a mind high. trainwreck is sativa dom i believe. indica's imo tend to be more couchlock/body high.

Body high you can feel flowing through your veins, you can almost taste it and it`s heavy, earthy, comforting like an opioid.
Mind high is phantasmagoric, trippy, can cause THE FEAR and is much more dislocating.

As you can probably guess I like the body ones.

Good hash rocks. Charras rules. You can`t make it without afield full of plants tho but it still often turns up in my backyard. Seeems to only come from India.

body high is a very clear headed high but you just feel all tingly, but still a mental euphoric back-brain buzz.

head high is when you say thing's like "cheeto's" and laugh, or you get reallly introspective, and feel no need to speak.

Oh oh oh...reading this, I can't help but feel I've been so deprived. You all are making me wonder why I live in this neck of the woods. Or perhaps why I don't hang around with the right folks.

I had some nice Mandala #1 growing outside this summer, and am impressed at the reasonable cost, quality and genuinely helpful correspondence when purchasing seed. Our torrential rains of the past week forced me to do a huge amount of manicuring over the past few days; the rain and wind blew my 7-foot bud-heavy plants right down and I was afraid of mold. Darn worn-out hurricanes. Now its so humid I'm afraid of mold on the curing bud. What I've sampled is very, very nice, though.

Frost hit last night.............

This can mean only one thing.............a larger percentage of growers here are growing Indicas, the plants need another 10 days! (Prices will rise for the averge smoker)

There will be alot of pre-mature bud on the market.......fer sure, fer sure!

I wonder how B.C. did this year!!

Re: What's in your backyard?

Your photos show beautiful plants, Pharm Girl. And the comment about frost and premature harvest is well taken. Mine could have used another week but were blown over by torrential rains last week, more than 7 inches in a couple days during the peak. We haven't had frost here in southern Michigan but I was so afraid of budrot that I took them all early. Probably should have just propped them back up and trusted to strong plants, but I'm not secure enough in my growing ability to know for sure. But I've got some very nice bud anyway and hope it will last for the next year, unless my wife changes her mind about inside growing. (She doesn't use because of asthma, one of the reasons I'm so delighted with vaporizers!)

Good luck with all those plants!

I agree with the plastic bag thingy!

I put up a tarp 1 foot above the girls.......and removed it in the morning.

I have faith in those Black russians, they should be ready next weekend.
