I look with envy at your plants Seeker of Peace. Cheers

I enclosed it because I had it setup inline. A 4' piece of 6" duct for an intake so the air is not so loud coming in and then it ran for about 18' to blow in the flowering area. If there was no duct on the intake it would sound like a house vacuum it was so loud.
I took a shop vacuum and got all the easy stuff off and then wiped it down with a cloth to finish. The dust burns like you would not perceive over the lighter.

I have most of the setup for the extra areas done, except it has been like grand train station around here with the people going and coming. I have yet to mount the fan and run a duct to the opposite end of the room from the carbon filter. I am thinking of placing a register boot on the end to disperse the air better.
I think Jesus heard me about the fan I want so we shall see if I get a present on his birthday?

My seedlings are not doing as well as I hoped at this stage. A small bit of vitamin B was added to the first watering but my hand was heavy and the plants suffer for it now. The new growth is looking not too bad but I can see a small/medium magnesium problem. Or at least that is what I think. I took pictures of the problems to show everyone because they can't look enticing all the time. Unless you are Peace Seeker

The Brxr are very bushy and they and the crippy are already going to have to be in a bigger pot. Which makes it important to get that fan working before I get caught with my pants removed.

Here is a crippy. Number 1 to be precise. It is 19 days old, or 18 days old as of this picture.
I show the whole plant of sorts and then a leaf that looks bad on it.

I`d be surprised if you had a magnesium deficiency at this stage. The soil looks OK. What soil are you using? And what light?

Re-potting may help.

It has been 12 days since I have posted. My job and other things have been cutting into my time deeply. The closer to Xmas the busier I seem to get.

A lot has happened since last I posted. Someone up there ^ likes me. I received a couple of lamps in the mail late last week and considering the lamps in this place have been run over a year at 12/12 it is so very welcome to put a new one in the mogul.
the 600 is a few years old and has only had 2 bulbs. 1.5 for one and 1.25 for the other. I would like to keep them running 12/12 for a maximum of 9 months but sometimes finding such a lamp here is a very trying search.

The other lamps were plant=a=star lamps and the new ones are a hortilux (in now) and a son=t that will go next.

A picture is worth a few hundred words, but typing with my 2 fingesr is so much fun.

I had been reading in the archives or somewhere else that when an HPS light breaks there is a chance of the broken pieces or something in the bulbs that can start fires on the wooden floors.
I have a raised floor to keep the plants pot off the dirt which is very cold right now.

American made Portland cement board. Americans must use this for their basements or something.
So a slight trip to a place you can buy such things and a very small bit of cutting...

A magnesium deficiency at this stage is very easy I think when you have no real nutrients running through the system.
I could of course easily be wrong as well.
It is only pete moss, perlight and vitamin b in the water when the heads show above the level of the soil.
I wanted to use a premixed soil, but couldn't find any at this time of year.

On to the plants.

Ages are...
The crippy #3 are 31 days old and in flower already. So far 1 has shown to be female, nothing else has shown yet.

LUI are 28 days old and 2 have shown as male and 1 as female. 2 from this batch are in flower. One of them being the female.

brxr are also 31 days old and most were placed in flower 3 days ago.none have shown their sex.

rosetta stone are 25 days old, they are still in veg and 1 has shown to be male... very much so. I had to rip it's balls off for showing so soon. The second one has not shown sex and it is hoped it is a girl.

ohxak47 are 25 days old and the shortest of them all. They are all still in veg and showing no sex.

Picture of flowering 3 days ago. The bigger plants in this picture have gained a couple of inches since this was taken.

That is good to hear, I wanted them just to be able to try something different eventually I may find the grail lamp.
The pots are 1 gallon. I have usually separated the boys and girls before they go into flower but I am low on weed so in they go in smalled pots so I don't waste mix on boys.

thats my plan for the next grow. Sex em in gallon pots (5L actually) and then move em to 11L's and flower two weeks later. Less soil wasted, less overall work.

Yes peace seeker, it is a lot of work and mess to make the mix, and if it is tough to get because there is snow on the ground and people wonder what you are doing with the individual parts of the mix it makes it very wracking with nerves.

I do agree Mr. Smallarmsfire [are you a neighbor of mine with that name?] 2 plant a stars lamps have been used and good results. I would buy them again but I would like to try them all before deciding on just one.
Some of them only come in 400 watt and 1000 watt so those I will have to forget about.
But I would like a digital ballast in the color purple I think. But I have heard that they effect radios within 30 feet or so. And here 2 way radios are what the полиции, [Polizei?] use around here.

Now for news in the grow areas.
1 of the LUI has shown almost a lot more than sex in the vegetative state, we will be dealing with him in a video in the next day or two. Plant that try to release pollen in the veg area must be dealt with severely. I have castrated it but it is very persistent.
Unfortunately the Rosetta stone #1 has decided it was jealous and has started doing the same thing. Problem with dealing the justice it needs is there are only 2 and the pollen is needed as the other one is though to be a female. Maybe more hopefully than real but I will have more patience with that strain.
There is a beautiful LUI that showed sex as male in flower [1 point for this one] it is quite bushy with a tight inter nodal spacing [2 points] and it has a very decidedly nasty smell to it, not as potent as I would like but close enough that it will be held as the chosen one until a better one shows[for the third point].
The tallest crippy in the room has decided it will be a female, it has a larger inter nodal spacing and is doing very nicely.
There is another female crippy that is shorter with tighter nodal spacing making it more bushy.

Pictures will be taken today after things settle down for the evening.

Thank you for reading me

I think them Lumatek ballasts are good for radio emissions. And using shielded cable to the bulb makes it safer as well.

I am hoping that 1 is male and 1 is a girl so I can get more of these. The frost on these is incredible.
And today they are 29 days old and 1 is a male and 1 is a female. I sense incest in the near future.
This is one that grows straight and tall with most having not a lot of side branching so you can stick them in the corners and turn them every now and again and have some dense frosty beautiful looking nuggets continually.

I want them to look like this picture I took from Dandaweedman
