Looks like they're doing good- I'm on a laptop with a tiny screen so I can't see too well. What light are you using? Is that some clover in the background? What soil are you using?

They're stretching a little. More light will help. If you can get a gentle breeze on them this will help as well.

Looks like you're on it with watering- the soil looks a little dry up top but they're not wilting.

We got about 170 wats of cfl in 8 bulbs. I'll vprobably get a fan on them in a couple days? How long do you think i should wait before transplanting them?

Yea, i think it is a mutant cover, its got three branches. I thought it could be a very strong sativa or something since it sprouted in pure potting soil, and the mj seed in that bottle never sprouted

i got one of these vexcept with 8 bulbs

i've noticed a little drooping this evening. I'm thinking it must be a lack of water, the soil is fairly dry or maybe the nutrients the soil have in them have run out. Also perhaps its because the pots are too small not allowing enough room for root growth.

Don't let the soil dry out.

The pots look big enough for 21 days. Did you drill some holes in the bottom for drainage? If so(and you should), check for the roots popping out of the drainage holes. Invest in some pots with drainage holes and drip trays. Your soil looks chunky, is it your own mix? I'd also use a nute higher in N during veg. I started using biobizz products recently and really like them thus far. They are very user friendly for newer growers.

they look fine, but they need more light, one fan gently blowing over the stems and new soil w/perlite.

dont overwater.

One thing I learned early on from the experienced growers here was to stay away from miracle grow products.

the plant in the first picture has developed little yellow spots and another one not pictured is slightly discolored. could this be a result of the fertilizer i used for the first time a couple days ago? I don't have a ph tester but i think i'm going to pick one up

Good plan.

They are looking a bit pale, they're not picking nitrogen up like they should apart from the yellow spots you mentioned. Don't panic, they look pretty robust.

Maybe that they just need to get their roots established in the new soil.

Did you know that mains water is usually chlorinated? Standing water for 24 hrs + allows the chlorine to evaporate, improving the quality of the water.

Water in these parts comes in pH 8 ish most of the time which is way too high. Nitric or phosphoric acid is usually used for pH lowering but shit- any acid will lower pH.

Not saying that's definitely the issue here but if you know what's going on with your water you get a better picture.

yeah tap water can be what's called,"hard." Calcium can build up at the top and bottom in soil with poor drainage and then causes pH issues. that's what I've found in my experience any ways, with the right mixture of fox farm ocean forrest, garden lime, and perlite it's easy to avoid..
