I usually cut, trim and hang with virtually no air movement, a week or so later they can go in jars which will need opening most days for at least a week.
More smut to follow.

Thanks all.
![]() Tree fiddy. ![]() Examples of the six best different strains are dry, curing and stored for report at a later date, with the exception of one. Toking on some dry but not cured MLi now. Nice but not exceptional. There are some peaches amongst the six though. Keep your eyes peeled for a full report and dry shots in a couple of weeks.

no air movement eh? someone must have blessed you with many dehumidifiers. looking pretty awesome, a prime example of efficient growth something i still need to look deeper into.. nice buds mang.. what's the one you've got pictured there? |

no demudifiers. just winter! it's tough to even get 30% RH at this time of year.
if you hang your weed to dry already trimmed and hang it in a well spaced manner very little air circulation should be needed in RH levels like that at any time (i've rarely seen it hit over 60 here even in summer). i reckon a four inch mini desk fan on the floor is more than enough for a drying space for a couple of pounds in these climes. more than that and drying is best done with an extraction system rather than in room movement. the old crispy weed syndrome is a bugger. [edit - and i assume you mean the budshot rather than cut? That's MY baby, DWD]

Strain Report For - Maple Leaf Indica
Breeder - Sensi Seeds Seedbank - Sensi Seeds - Amsterdam Grow room specs: Indoor or out: INDOOR Lighting if indoor (watts per square foot and type (HPS, MH etc), lamp details if you feel detailed) Mixed Spectrum 6:4 Sodium:Halide Medium (mix and system) 30% potting soil (JAB PEAT FREE) 20% castings 20% perlite 20% vermiculite 10% from the last remaining bit of the compost pile (potting soil with guano and lime amendments) Ventilation and average temperatures (describe ventilation plus average day and night temps) Active intake, exhausted hoods. Average Daytime Temp: 78 Max Daytime Temp: 81 Min Daytime Temp: 75 Average Dark Temp: 65 Max Dark Temp: 70 Min Dark Temp: 60 Grow style (trimmed, LST, SOG, ScrOG) Force flowered early, no trimming or training. Pseudo seed SOG. Fertilisers used (veg and flower ferts - type and amount) Seedling/Cutting: Seedling/Cutting: No fert, just a little rhizotonic. Veg: Canna Bionic Veg ~ half -> full strength. Worms way PSG ~ half strength (bi watering). Cannazyme Rhizotonic Bloom: Canna Bionic Bloom ~ full strength Canna Bionic Veg ~ quarter strength Cannazyme Rhizotonic Grow and Plant: Please note individual strains mentioned are ones that I have made an educated guess about. I am fairly familiar with the Sensi catalogue and so my guesses are probably not far wrong. Germination: (x out of x seeds grew, method (dirt, paper towel etc and marks out of 10 for ease and vigour) Good germination rates but a little slow to pop. 8 / 10 Vigour of vegetative Growth: (describe and marks out of 10) There was only two really distinct identifiable phenotypes, one an extremely vigourous and branchy bush and a second that had equal branching but this branching remained vertical and bunched tight around the main stem. Growth of this second pheno was slower. 8 (9 or 10 if I was just marking the best of type pheno) / 10 Vigour of flowering growth: (describe and marks out of 10) Flowering vigour was different by pheno, the bush pheno was ver vigourous whereas the second pheno was hampered by it's growing pattern. The thick indica leaves and stems shielded light from secondaries and inhibited air flow on the second pheno and led to slow growth. The better pheno also suffered slightly from overly dense foliage but the better, more bushlike, profile helped. 7 (8 if I was just marking the best of type pheno) / 10 Yield: (Amount per plant and marks out of 10) Fairly good for the first pheno, poor for the second. Both formed nice, fat, solid top colas which would be prime candidate for budrot in a damp climate I'm guessing. Not a great calyx:leaf ratio. 7 (8 if I was just marking the best of type pheno) / 10 Ease of growth: (describe and marks out of 10) Couldn't find a friendlier plant as far a requirements go, could feed weakly or strongly, nice and squat, low light requirements, blah blah. Perhaps not a beginners choice because of the foliage and secondary trimming necessary for best results but not bad. 8 / 10 Dried Bud: Appearance / Bag Appeal: (Consider the trichome coverage, the quality of manicure, the colour, the density, the amount of bud against stem/leaf etc, describe and marks out of 10) OK. Nice pale green colour, pretty dense and solid but not a great calyx:leaf ratio. 6 / 10 Smell: (Consider the odour on opening the bag, on crumbling and whilst smoking, describe and marks out of 10) The smell is nothing to right home about but that which there is is so sweet it's almost liquorice like. 6 / 10 Taste: (Consider the smoking flavour, describe and marks out of 10) The taste is more marked than the smell, the sweetness continues but now with a hint of old school skunk. I can certainly see why they mention that it has been used in so many strains because you can defintely taste a lot of the generic dutch flavours in this one weed. 7 / 10 Head High Quality: (What does it do to you as regards cerebral activity, describe and marks out of 10) Balanced. 6 / 10 Head High Duration: (How long were you thinking, describe and marks out of 10) 6 / 10 Body High Quality: (Body stone, effects on muscles, joints, couch lock etc, describe and marks out of 10) Balanced. A little more body than head, quite nice as a quiet evening in smoke. 6 / 10 Body High Duration: (How long were you warm and fuzzy, describe and marks out of 10) 6 / 10

Strain Report For - Double White Devon
Breeder - Sureshot Seedbank - N/A Grow room specs: Indoor or out: INDOOR Lighting if indoor (watts per square foot and type (HPS, MH etc), lamp details if you feel detailed) Mixed Spectrum 6:4 Sodium:Halide Medium (mix and system) 30% potting soil (JAB PEAT FREE) 20% castings 20% perlite 20% vermiculite 10% from the last remaining bit of the compost pile (potting soil with guano and lime amendments) Ventilation and average temperatures (describe ventilation plus average day and night temps) Active intake, exhausted hoods. Average Daytime Temp: 78 Max Daytime Temp: 81 Min Daytime Temp: 75 Average Dark Temp: 65 Max Dark Temp: 70 Min Dark Temp: 60 Grow style (trimmed, LST, SOG, ScrOG) Force flowered early, no trimming or training. Pseudo seed SOG. Fertilisers used (veg and flower ferts - type and amount) Seedling/Cutting: Seedling/Cutting: No fert, just a little rhizotonic. Veg: Canna Bionic Veg ~ half -> full strength. Worms way PSG ~ half strength (bi watering). Cannazyme Rhizotonic Bloom: Canna Bionic Bloom ~ full strength Canna Bionic Veg ~ quarter strength Cannazyme Rhizotonic Grow and Plant: Germination: (x out of x seeds grew, method (dirt, paper towel etc and marks out of 10 for ease and vigour) Near 100% germination in soil, in 5 days all were above the surface. 9 / 10 Vigour of vegetative Growth: (describe and marks out of 10) F1 vigour. No real veg period for this grow mind you. 8 / 10 Vigour of flowering growth: (describe and marks out of 10) Flowers quick for a mostly sativa, great foxtails. 8 / 10 Yield: (Amount per plant and marks out of 10) They're not yielders but even at this size you'll still pull well over an ounce of primo smoke. 7 / 10 Ease of growth: (describe and marks out of 10) Hungry but beyond that no really special requirements. 7 / 10 Dried Bud: Appearance / Bag Appeal: (Consider the trichome coverage, the quality of manicure, the colour, the density, the amount of bud against stem/leaf etc, describe and marks out of 10) Good looking bud to the man in the know, perhaps less so to your average punter. Great trichome coverage and good bud formation but they are not anywhere near solid indica buds. 6 / 10 Smell: (Consider the odour on opening the bag, on crumbling and whilst smoking, describe and marks out of 10) The smell is pungent but not killer, spicey with an undertone of berry. 7 / 10 Taste: (Consider the smoking flavour, describe and marks out of 10) The taste reverses the initial smell, a berry flavour with a hint of spice and just the occasional flash of haze. Complex and pleasant. 8 / 10 Head High Quality: (What does it do to you as regards cerebral activity, describe and marks out of 10) Awesome frankly. This is all in the head, smoked on it's own there's motivation, creativity and clarity but with a hint of WHOAH THATS TRIPPY. If you smoke it after smoking indica (or more indica based) strains the high will cut straight through the stone and bring you right back to where you want to be. As an added bonus there is no paranoia, at least not with the test subjects I used. 9 / 10 Head High Duration: (How long were you thinking, describe and marks out of 10) You go straight up and keep going. If there's a ceiling it's too high for me! 9 / 10 Body High Quality: (Body stone, effects on muscles, joints, couch lock etc, describe and marks out of 10) No real body load. Possibly slight lack of co-ordination 5 / 10 Body High Duration: (How long were you warm and fuzzy, describe and marks out of 10) N/A. 5 / 10 Additional Notes - Great relief from nausea and menstrual cramps.

Strain Report For - Sensi Seeds Indoor Mix
Breeder - Sensi Seeds Seedbank - Sensi Seeds - Amsterdam Grow room specs: Indoor or out: INDOOR Lighting if indoor (watts per square foot and type (HPS, MH etc), lamp details if you feel detailed) Mixed Spectrum 6:4 Sodium:Halide Medium (mix and system) 30% potting soil (JAB PEAT FREE) 20% castings 20% perlite 20% vermiculite 10% from the last remaining bit of the compost pile (potting soil with guano and lime amendments) Ventilation and average temperatures (describe ventilation plus average day and night temps) Active intake, exhausted hoods. Average Daytime Temp: 78 Max Daytime Temp: 81 Min Daytime Temp: 75 Average Dark Temp: 65 Max Dark Temp: 70 Min Dark Temp: 60 Grow style (trimmed, LST, SOG, ScrOG) Force flowered early, no trimming or training. Pseudo seed SOG. Fertilisers used (veg and flower ferts - type and amount) Seedling/Cutting: Seedling/Cutting: No fert, just a little rhizotonic. Veg: Canna Bionic Veg ~ half -> full strength. Worms way PSG ~ half strength (bi watering). Cannazyme Rhizotonic Bloom: Canna Bionic Bloom ~ full strength Canna Bionic Veg ~ quarter strength Cannazyme Rhizotonic Grow and Plant: Please note individual strains mentioned are ones that I have made an educated guess about. I am fairly familiar with the Sensi catalogue and so my guesses are probably not far wrong. Germination: (x out of x seeds grew, method (dirt, paper towel etc and marks out of 10 for ease and vigour) Germination across the Sensi Seeds Indoor Mix was fairly poor. ~25% did not germinate/sprout. 5 / 10 Vigour of vegetative Growth: (describe and marks out of 10) Vegetative growth was strong and healthy genrally, there was obviously quite a variation in growth patterns and vigour across the different strains though. Several examples were particulalry vigorous in veg; Silver Pearl, Mothers Finest, NL x Haze, Juicy Fruit; and several were a little slow, G13 x Hash Plant, Afghani, Shiva Shanti. Across the range though there is some evidence of decent F1 vigour. Average of 7 / 10 Vigour of flowering growth: (describe and marks out of 10) Flowering growth was extremely variant as expected. All strains showed reasonable flowering vigour, particular gems included the NL x Haze, the Juicy Fruit and the G13 x Hash Plant, the latter of this gave a surprisingly lage yield. Average of 8 / 10 Yield: (Amount per plant and marks out of 10) Generally good yield however the rooms overall yield was negatively effected by the sheer variety of strains and growth patterns. 6 / 10 Ease of growth: (describe and marks out of 10) Individually very few of the plants were "difficult". The NL x Haze required a little mothering as did what appeared to be either a Jack Herer or Jack Flash example. Most were a cinch though. A repeated however here though because this is really a report of the indoor mix as a whole, when it comes to ease of growth growing with a large number of variants is inherently slightly more difficult, plant heights, watering needs, nutrient needs etc have no uniformity and so scheduling and general logistics become a nightmare. 6 / 10

Dried Bud:
It is impossible to do this for the Mix so I will report of a number of strains from that pack: ____________________ __________________ G13 x Hash Plant Appearance / Bag Appeal: (Consider the trichome coverage, the quality of manicure, the colour, the density, the amount of bud against stem/leaf etc, describe and marks out of 10) Great bag appeal, big thick crystal coated nugs of deliciousness. 9 / 10 Smell: (Consider the odour on opening the bag, on crumbling and whilst smoking, describe and marks out of 10) Hash is the first odor comparison thought, maybe a hint of terpentine and a little berry on the side. Interesting but not strong. 6 / 10 Taste: (Consider the smoking flavour, describe and marks out of 10) Just as it says on the tin, double hash flavour and bite. Some interesting fruit/floral undertones. Very expansive! I love the hashy nature but others may not be so keen on the almost medicinal bite hence the perhaps lower than expected mark. 7 / 10 Head High Quality: (What does it do to you as regards cerebral activity, describe and marks out of 10) Interestingly a surprising portion of this high is in head though it is quite a drunk headiness, the majority though as expected is body high. 5 / 10 Head High Duration: (How long were you thinking, describe and marks out of 10) 5 / 10 Body High Quality: (Body stone, effects on muscles, joints, couch lock etc, describe and marks out of 10) The body high is rather nice, narcotic, deep and tingling. The almost famed potency of the "G13" is certainly represented with good effect here! A nice pre bed time joint. 9 / 10 Body High Duration: (How long were you warm and fuzzy, describe and marks out of 10) 7 / 10 Additional Notes - not the best yield. Great painkiller. ____________________ __________________ NL x Haze Appearance / Bag Appeal: (Consider the trichome coverage, the quality of manicure, the colour, the density, the amount of bud against stem/leaf etc, describe and marks out of 10) Not the greatest bag appeal expect maybe to a real cannabist. Buds are well formed but obviously sativa dominate. Nice dready foxtails with good trichome coverage and a oranage tinted finish make for eye candy for those in the know.... this won't ever be mistaken for dro by your local dumb fucks, if you know what I'm saying, y'know! 7 / 10 Smell: (Consider the odour on opening the bag, on crumbling and whilst smoking, describe and marks out of 10) All the best flavours from the NL with a twist of Haze in the mix. Lovely. Pretty stinky too, open a jar and the house starts to stink not long after. 8 / 10 Taste: (Consider the smoking flavour, describe and marks out of 10) The smoke is medicinally citrus and sweet with a hint of spice behind the dominant flavours. Very nice. 8 / 10 Head High Quality: (What does it do to you as regards cerebral activity, describe and marks out of 10) Mostly in the head, clear and extremely motivating, not as much of a thinking weed as I would have liked but definately a doing weed. Housework flies by! Bonus! 8 / 10 Head High Duration: (How long were you thinking, describe and marks out of 10) Comes on pretty quick. 8 / 10 Body High Quality: (Body stone, effects on muscles, joints, couch lock etc, describe and marks out of 10) Not much body load, you're buzzing, busy busy! Nice tongue tongue tingler though and quite the aphrodisiac for the ladies! 7 / 10 Body High Duration: (How long were you warm and fuzzy, describe and marks out of 10) 7 / 10 Additional Notes - Sensi are right, a good yield comes from the longer flowering plants. ____________________ __________________ Jack Flash Appearance / Bag Appeal: (Consider the trichome coverage, the quality of manicure, the colour, the density, the amount of bud against stem/leaf etc, describe and marks out of 10) See comment on NL x Haze above. 7 / 10 Smell: (Consider the odour on opening the bag, on crumbling and whilst smoking, describe and marks out of 10) Lemon, lemon, lemon, it's like a citrus fresh bathroom cleaner, in the nicest possible way! I love it and it's strong and intense, open a jar, and people are instantly "wtf is that man? let me have some!" 8 / 10 Taste: (Consider the smoking flavour, describe and marks out of 10) The citrus fresh theme continues. Horses for courses but this one tickles me pink. 9 / 10 Head High Quality: (What does it do to you as regards cerebral activity, describe and marks out of 10) Similar high to the NL x Haze but with what feels like a bigger twist of haze, really pretty spaced out weed, good fun for sure! 8 / 10 Head High Duration: (How long were you thinking, describe and marks out of 10) 8 / 10 Body High Quality: (Body stone, effects on muscles, joints, couch lock etc, describe and marks out of 10) Mild body drunkeness! 6 / 10 Body High Duration: (How long were you warm and fuzzy, describe and marks out of 10) 6 / 10 Additional Notes - Despite comments to the contrary regarding the strain I found a nice yielder. Good nausea relief. ____________________ __________________ Silver Pearl Appearance / Bag Appeal: (Consider the trichome coverage, the quality of manicure, the colour, the density, the amount of bud against stem/leaf etc, describe and marks out of 10) Good bag appeal, rock hard nugs and pretty covered in crystals. 8 / 10 Smell: (Consider the odour on opening the bag, on crumbling and whilst smoking, describe and marks out of 10) Old school skunk with a hint if sweet berry. 7 / 10 Taste: (Consider the smoking flavour, describe and marks out of 10) Old school skunk with a hint if sweet berry. 7 / 10 Head High Quality: (What does it do to you as regards cerebral activity, describe and marks out of 10) A good hybrid high, nice chatty weed, not too heady. 7 / 10 Head High Duration: (How long were you thinking, describe and marks out of 10) 7 / 10 Body High Quality: (Body stone, effects on muscles, joints, couch lock etc, describe and marks out of 10) Nice mix, body high isn't heavy but rather a nice tingle. 7 / 10 Body High Duration: (How long were you warm and fuzzy, describe and marks out of 10) 7 / 10 Additional Notes - Great yield.
