"Karma" type system

I think the 'karma' system they had over at Overgrow was a pretty neat idea. It is nice to let someone know if you really enjoyed reading their posts, and it cuts down on the "hahahahaha" type posts. Also, you can let a n00b know that their post is pointless/n00bish without starting a flame war in someone's thread.

I don't remember YaHooka ever trying this out, at least in my time here. Could we give this a try?

'Til the mods took it away because some of the more popular members had more stars than most of the mods.
