I think i've actually evoked kundalini once before, she gave me a very interesting, very colorful dream. I can't remember it right now but i woke up completely unsure of where i was. .. my favorite way to meditate is by holding myself right above unconscious sleep.

on a general note all 'sanity' means is 'falling in line' it is unnatural and contrived irregardless

sanity is something you sync up with, not something ANYONE ascertains on their own, or as obvious or even pertinent

but forget all that, real mental illness, where the individual wants to be more normal, wants to be able to function as functionality is defined

can this unpleasent state be self-induced?

yes absolutely, i have myself

its not up for debate in my mind, it was not easy- i have done it, i have found it necessary

but this touches on all kinds of the influential the supposed exterior, the faculties at hand
