It's cool you are interesting in this mode of thinking, seeing the interconnected web of life is amazing and becomes a place were we can examine the self, and what that is and isn't, that we aren't really so different in our search for happiness and that is all we all want basically. Compassion is easier to summon when we are looking into others lives with the idea of they are suffering and looking for happiness just as I am.

ubuntu (the os) used to have a sample video bundled with it of nelson mandela explaining the philosophy of ubuntu (the philosophy/saying) i think. If someone is using ubuntu right now (im not, switched to windows when i got a laptop) they could share it.
