Some researchers consider the Lemurians the 'third root race'. They believe that we are the fourth root race - 4=4th dimension=time] soon to become the 'fifth root race' as we move into a Golden Age.


Another theory is based on the notion of 'seed crystals' in which the knowledge and story of Lemuria was encoded and stored in seed crystals just before Lemuria fell. Later - in our timeline - the crystals would be discovered and their messages revealed helping those who find them remember their fated destiny and how it parallels our experience.

Atlantis and the like is pure bullshit, its exactly what you said they are, legends. Tales passed on down from one generation to the next.

Much like the bible, these are tales passed down from one to another until the origins, as well as the stories themselves have become clouded and interpreted by man to suit his particular need at the time.

If you want the truth, you have to believe that we are not alone in the universe and we could be just one 'escape pod' of another planet somewhere far away that has destroyed itself or even come under attack from another...

I agree...although I do feel that Lemuria and Atlantis are more than likely real civilizations that were just as advanced as "us." We're all in the same immense Universe anyway though, so whether they were from Earth or not, it's all the same to me. A Human is just another planet's E.T.

Although Plato's Atlantis story is certainly mythical, there is some evidence for the place having existed around where the Sargasso Sea is today. Ignatius L Donnelley wrote an interesting book on the topic in the 1880s, there have been many others since then. The most convincing stuff is animal and plant species that are on both sides of the Atlantic but wouldn't have been able to cross such a vast ocean, also there are things in the myths of many groups on both sides of the Atlantic that seem to corroborate something about it. All bits and pieces, but it starts to add up. Avoid anything that puts too much stock into what Edgar Cayce said about it, that guy was just some psychic not a researcher.

Not saying I necessarily believe it, but it's worth reading about.
