I mean living in a way that actually contributes to the survival of our planet. I can assume that since we're all city dwelling, industrialised cancer robots, none of us are actually doing any good whatsoever for the planet.

Especially bearsy, he's fat lol. He be munching out hard on the teet of the mother, and I betcha he ain't putting nearly that much back.

But hey neither am I. I can guarantee you that in my life, if you weighed the sheer amount of resource I alone have required and consumed, and put that up against what I've actually helped produce and have given back to the planet, you'll see there's a huge defecit. I'm ecological terms I am nothing but a parasite, seeing as how my own actions and humanity as a whole's actions aren't assisting or aiding the ecosystem whatsoever. In fact we're destroying ecosystems on a global scale.


So yeah, it's a very pretty sentiment and I totally agree that's how we should all think. But the planet doesn't give a fuck what you think only what you do.

Thanks for the clarification Sir-Ex. We sure have created a mess. The beautiful prairie landscape where I live is littered with oil rigs now...Perhaps the acknowledgement of the connection is a step towards oneness with planet?
