I wanted to share something I've been doing. It feels amazing.

Materials

Glass of water (I use crystal charged)
a quiet place


Ground. Clear your mind, Take a deep breath, inhale through your nose and allow the breathe to move to any tension areas.. (mine is usually the back of the neck and shoulders...men.. usually the lower back) As you breathe out, visualize the stress leaving your body with each exhale. (7 slow breaths)

Close your eyes and remember a time when you felt gratitude..I am talking about that feeling where the beauty of the moment brings tears to your eyes. I visualize holding my son after his first surgery (10 days old). I was filled with such an amazing gratitude looking in to those lil eyes. As you are feeling that gratitude, visualize that emotion (energy) as a light entering your crown chakra and moving to your heart chakra. With practice, you can feel you heart chakra filling with that energy. (you can test it if you like.. just put your hand on your heart chakra) Pick up the glass ( both hands). Visualize the energy in your heart chakra moving across your chest, down your arms, into your palms and in to the glass of water. Do this three times. It energizes the water.

You've probably figured out what to do next. Drink the water, it fills each cell of your body with healing energy..power of self.

It's called the medicine of light.

I use a herkimer diamond crystal..(non polished) Herkimers are great for charging water. They amplify energy, clears all chakras..It's the big daddy of crystals. (A quartz crystal)

I keep it in the water pitcher tied in a tea bag so noone accidentally swallows it.

ohhh...and Jenna....how do you get the water charged? just letting it sit in the window absorbing sunlight for how long?...i'm sure peeps will make their own crystal water.

Charged water. You'd be amazed how many of the kids friends ask for water now. heh heh heh

First I clear my crystal. Several ways to clear a crystal so pick the way that feels right for you.
You can soak it in salted water, put it out in the moonlight if you are drawn to the moon energies or put it in the sunlight if you are drawn to the sunlight. You can simply shoot a beam of light through it...(connect to your higher self and aim your intension at the crystal..think purification, think peaceful bliss)

I keep a crystal in my water jug in the fridge (I tie it in a tea sack.. those kind you get for loose tea).

I am not real sure what you mean about the vibration of the herkimer. It's chakra is the crown, connection to the source. In healing, I use quartz about 6 inches above the top of the head working at the auric level. It balances and grounds the chakras, all of them but enters the body through the crown in my experience. White light.

which crystal(s) would you use if you were to make crystal water for the teenie-weenie seedlings??......... .

I don't figure out my crystals according to numerology so I can't be much help. sorry bout that. Usually just pick the ones I am drawn too. After a hard day, you'll find me sitting down holding my amethyst... (sittin in a corner, holdin a rock....waiting for it to soothe..or...trying real hard not to chuck it! ohhhhhhhhmmmmmm )
