Indian Hemp Drugs Comission Report

So this report, published in 1894, includes a study of the social and religious customs of marijuana use in different parts of India at the time. It was commissioned over a century ago by colonial British but is actually pretty pragmatic when approaching the issue. No real point here, just happened by it while doing research for a paper a few weeks ago and though you all might be interested. Didn't really want to put it in FFA, and mellow stoners seems to have gone up in smoke, so here it is

The website itself, which the study is published on, is a pretty cool resource with some decent summaries and a lot of full texts from what I've seen:
