In the past month my life has change dramatically.

A month ago I was so selfish, angry, my thought raced out of control non stop morning until night. Even if I woke up in the middle of the night they were still going full tilt. They were dark. They were scenarios.. Negative outcomes that hadn't yet happened that I had expected were coming for me.. Resentments... Rage.. Fear.. Sadness.

I wondered why I was alone, why I had no friends, why no one came calling, why no one. It was as if I was repelling anything positive in life.. With my negativity. I attracted only what I expected to happen.

My thinking is changing now. I am no longer although not naive, I am no longer thinking dark, my mind doesn't race, I am open, I am doing unselfish acts, I am laughing, I am no longer raging or angry or sad... I am proactive, self hatred is leaving and I am no longer expecting the worst.. I take the good from the bad and everything is a lesson.. This is how I deal with these situations that once would anger me.. I have tons more to learn obviously and I know basically nothing still but I can't explain the change I feel.

I say all this because positive things are happening to me. I am attracting people to me.. Compliments from strangers. My phone was texting off the hook today I couldn't keep up with it.. Animals are flying around my head.. Signs are landing in my lap with messages.

This is fucking amazing I feel wonderful.

I'm driving home with heavy leftover crap in my car, noticed after putting it in that my tire was low. Then the traffic, wasn't sure why at the time...

I'm not like the others. I wanted to get home and was nervous about the tire popping any minute in stop and go traffic.

How cute, I forgot Monday is a holiday. There was no accident. They were going the same direction because Monday is a holiday, so it took me an extra 30 minutes of agony.

This is my life. I'm not like those around me and I don't want to be a part of this anymore. There are others that live more to my liking and I can't find them or get to them. Get me out of this hell, please.

You need to quit thinking you are so unique.

You are not. Like you told me tough love. There are people out there just like you.. You will find them.. If you stop focusing on the people who aren't like you.

Maybe?

If you need help there are crisis lines hospitals people who will help you.. Safe comfortable places.. There's a place here called the Kara house it's for people who just need to chill but don't wanna go to the hospital. Almost like a bed and breakfast but with healthcare professionals.

There is safe places for you to get help.

You can get out of it...

I didn't mean to be mean. I dont even know what if I said makes sense to you..

I don't want you to feel like you are in Hell.

I got help.

Actually I broke down leaving the city today in my car. I pulled off to the side of the hwy.. It sucked balls. The traffic was crazy because all the cidiots as we call them are going north to cottage country and I was scared I was going to get smoked by a transport. I had to shut my car off and sit there for awhile and I prayed that it would start again seeing I wanted to get HOME..

And it started again and I got home thank god..!!!

I'm just like SoK. I wanted to go home!! And I have a bald tire too

They were choosing to drive in cars that didn't have flats. I didn't choose to drive at all. Most of that traffic was holiday related.

Since they aren't honoring our fallen soldiers, I'll just say I hate America and hope our economy crashes. I'm dead serious. I want people to lose their jobs and panic to ensue.

The ensuing of panic is pretty metal. It's better when it's because a 300ft. clone of Jimmy Carter rises out of the sea and starts trashing shit, tho.

I think the more you make sense of the world, the less sense it all makes. I mean, the only pattern I can see to human behavior is this kind of game of dress up, except we use ideas that we learn from others instead of clothing. For example, no one actually says what they're thinking, because they're not thinking what they're saying. They're having certain feelings in response to you, and craft certain thought patterns out of common phrases and throw them out as a reaction. I think this is why so many people sound like phonies, even when they're trying to be sincere. What they're communicating is no where near as complicated as what they're saying.

It's a disease for anyone to think that all negative or irrational thoughts need attention with drugs and sitting around sicker people to discuss it in a format.

This brings me to something I've been thinking about lately:

How do you folks express anger? How does it come out, and how does it affect you?

For myself, I notice that I internalize my anger a lot, which leads to a negative relationship with self.
Been through the process with therapists and it usually means that somehow the individual learned it was unsafe to express anger, negative responses in the past.

Anger - repeated frustration / threat - repeated fear
