I never said that the US casued the 2 SE Asia Quakes. Only that it was technologicaly possible and that the US has the capabilities and motives to do it. I never said they DID do it, as i have no irrefutable proof, but i did say that they CAN do it.

But to think that they cant do it, like you seem to, proves your ignorance on the topic at hand.

ITS NOT A "GENERATOR" and its not "PARKED" as you keep repeating. Read up on the magnetoshpere, the ionsphere and then read up on HAARP and how it interacts with those two levels of the atmosphere. and How those interactions directly affect seismic activity.
