I think you're thinking of that question wrong.....Life is suffering as in existence. It's not really refferring to daily events. It doesn't mean placing blame on someone else to get out of suffering yourself. That questions kinda dumb though because you have to understand the 4 noble truths to understand what the question is asking. same goes for a lot of those questions in relations to other religions.

1. Dukkha: All worldly life is unsatisfactory, disjointed, impermanent, suffering.
2. Samudaya: There is a cause of suffering, which is attachment or desire (tanha).
3. Nirodha: There is a way out of suffering, which is to eliminate attachment and desire.
4. Marga: The path that leads out of suffering is called the Noble Eightfold Path.
