No....PCP & Ketamine are 2 entirely different deals. PCP goes way back to the mid-1900s & was initially used as a horse tranquilizer [& I can see where it would knock a horse off course!!].

Pretty average prices here in Mass according to NORML's State price guide. I think the prices are going to come down while the quality continues to rise - here that is.
