I live in Heaven - downtown Heaven, in fact, near PSU (Pretty Strange University) - and here in Heaven we only get killer drooling fall-on-your-face-and-twitch bud, so I can only quote killer prices: $40 for an eighth that weighs from 3.2 to 3.6.
Which I've always thought was curious. Pot must be a singular market unlike most others. It has been that price since the late eighties, despite an inflation rate that has reduced the value of the dollar by about half or more. There's been a consistant, repeated trend over that time; over a few years of inflation, the bags get lighter, but then suddenly they go back to full-weight. Inflation explains the former, but I guess competition is what returns bags to full weight. It means unavoidably that dealers get less and less actual profit over time, and how this is worked out - there certainly are enough dealers, I've never in thirty years of smoking had any trouble finding it - I do not know. Odd, huh?

Around me (CHICAGO) for some regs from a GOOD dealer prices are:

.5 gram (fin) 5 dollars
1 gram - 10 dollars
1/8 - not many people out here sell by that so im not sure
1/4 - 25$ (not everyone does that but some will do 7grams form 25$)
1/2 - usually 70$
1 oz - depends again, 100-140$

SOME dealers, not many, but SOME (out here at least) will do a quarter for $25 dollars, its obviously not dro or anything, but its still weed.

Well im down here in nashville and the prices vary. i have about 4-6 peeps that i can get bud from and threw out the years ive learned that ususally they never change. here is a list of each of my buddies/hook ups...i dont have a drug dealer, i've been friends with all of them since high school so i dont consider them dealers to me cause when we get together we always chillllll.

guy 1.
5 grams = 20$
1/4 = 25$
1/2 = 70$
oz. = 90$
this is all reg weed though, nothing special, he doesnt do dimes or 1/8ths, gets the job done.

guy 2.
1/8 = 15$
1/4 = 30$
1/2 = 60$
oz. = 120$
this guy wont cut you a deal if you buy more. if you buy an oz. you pay for it all. some peeps will cut the price if you buy more, not this one.

guy 3.
1/4 = 25 - 30$
1/2 = 55 - 60$
oz. = 100 - 120$
this guy is cool but i dont talk to him much. he is the only one who actually lives the "drugdealer" life i guess. his place is like a drive thru window. i'll chill when i do go over there but i dont wanna be there that one day when the cops bust him because its pretty obvious to his neighborhood as to what he does.

this guy is cool. we chill all the time. he loves his green and will smoke it with anyone. how he stays in business i do not know but he is always on the grind. he keeps it low key though and is smart it about it. good guy.

heres how we do it

one bowl=$5
bag sizes
a 20 bag,usually had 2 small 2 medium bowls, 20 bags are uncomon
$40 bag, usually has 7-9 medium to large bowls
$80 bag, usually has 14-18 large bowls
and you can get an ounce for 280-360 dollers
one pound $2,000 to $3,000 or a little bit more

one bowl= the weight of a nickel (.5)

Man, do I ever remember THAT feeling!! I had to split Denver quickly & moved to the Southeast USA at age 30. Brought a QP of some Colombian down here with me & when that was gone, I was fucked!!
Took me awhile to re-connect, but it was all commercial shit. Then a few old pals from out West started their own grows & I started getting weed that puts me in orbit!!
The 'designer weed' grown nowadays is amazing!! 2 bong hits & I'm blasted!! All these dudes require is my 'smoke report' on each variety [I probably have 1/2 a dozen different strains]...& for free ozs, I gladly oblige them.
With you being female, you should have no problems hooking-up. Unless you're among us 'older' weedheads, then finding a reputable dealer might be a bit more difficult.
Your best bet? Start your own 'grow' or find someone who does. Can't do 'hook-ups' on these forums, but join a few others...get 'known' around each cannabis community...& you might find yourself a 'gardener' within close proximity.
Best of luck & start 'networking'.

I found it extremely difficult finding a good 100% reliable dealer after moving, being in my 30s/professonal who looks straight. It's hard, but you can do it through networking once you start meeting people.

I finally smoked some of that grapefruit going around as someone mentioned earlier. It's super crystally but is 100 a 1/4 as opposed to the usual 120. The stuff my dealer had previously for 120 was perfect, meaning all caked with crystals and no stems. The grapefruit is probably the same or close to the same thc but has more stems. Good stuff
