nice bump.

I do like my job. The expectations are low, and I'm continually showing my bosses new ways to properly do landscaping. I get a half hour by myself at lunch since the rednecks are out getting their lunch and I bring mine. It's a break from the racist jokes and a chance to enjoy the quiet of the outside. Picnics are what landscaping is all about.

No, because I'm unemployed and have been since August of 2007.

But I might have a job tomorrow!

Seriously, if I wanted to I could just throw the next gay guy I come across right up against a wall and give him an anal assault and he wouldn't complain one bit.

I hate manuel labor. I did a lot of it and restaurant work in my teens and early 20s and that made me want to work in a nice air conditioned office making decent coin with good bennies. So I went to college, got out, and eventually got a position that fit my criteria.

My job is different every day and I'm not chained to my desk as I have lots of outside meetings. It helps that my co-workers who I talk to all day long are really cool. So is my supervisor. Also:
1) 3 weeks paid vacation to be 5 in another year and a half
2) Good Health benefits
3) Excellent retirement package
4) 37.5 hours a week
5) 1 hour lunch each day
6) Semi-flexible schedule
7) Monday through Friday
8) No drug testing bull-shit

What if you get sick? You guys get gov. coverage over there. That is the only issue I see. That, and being able to retire comfortably.

Healthy outdoor living like he does tends to prevent most sicknesses we city folk get. And from what I gather, he is retired comfortably. The concept of retirement only applies to people that live to work. As opposed to GH, who works to live.

It's a life that frankly, I'm quite jealous of.
