The first time I smoked I was 9. Me and my cousin stole a decent-size roach from the ashtray and smoked it at the edge of the woods...it was pretty amazing. We walked to our grandma's house and since she was at work we annihilated her kitchen, then fell asleep in the living room. My cousin was also 9.

I never smoked again until I was 14 at the first of my Freshman year of HS. Man, I miss those days.

I smoked weed the first time at 18, but didnt really start smoking untill i was about 20. I started smoking cigs at 21

Trust me on this 1....Quit the cigs now!! If you could see my poor wife struggling to breathe, you'd know what I mean. She quit cigs over a year ago, but the damage was done. Advanced emphysema & pulmonary-fibrosis. On oxygen 24/7. I quit cigs last Feb & was fortunate to have no health problems from it.
They say that after 5 yrs of being quit, your lungs have repaired themselves...as long as no permanent damage was done beforehand. We also quit the booze 8 yrs ago...but the cigs are the main thing.
Just kills me how those 2 products are legal & a harmless plant like cannabis is a crime. I've stopped trying to make sense out of any of this.

When I was 17 I lost my father to smoking. He was my age now (47) when he died.

Tobacco is just suicide on the installment plan.

I was 17 when I started, I came from a strict catholic school and after 4 years I switched schools and started computer sceince in a new school where everybody smoked weed.
Since I was new and needed some friends I started smoking, I never regretted it, my life got so much more interesting and I learned to know so much more cool music and people. The weed even made me change schools again and I went to art college, where I graduated as photographer and cameraman...

He was on the way to smoke with his buddies, so we walked into a clump of trees nearby and the five of us passed a pipe around. I made some great friends that day

I was 13 I think, end of 8th grade. My aunt had a party for getting her Masters degree, went to my cousins house after with some of his friends (who were also mine) a grade above me. We all toked on a J of some shwag, and I got ripped.
Sophmore year is when I started smoking regularly, I guess I was about 15.
Wish I would've waited until I got out of highschool actually, becuase instead of working on my social skills, I just got high and had no problem chilling alone.
