Do you use a roach?

Again, wondering who rolls with a roach or "filter" on their joints and who just rolls au naturale with nothing but weed and papes?

i just call those filters, and basically any joint that is burnt down to a nub is at it's roach stage. then again, we've already proven in another thread my crazy canadian cannabis colloquy is all fucked up so what do i know.

i never use them, but i'm not against it or anything. my friends and my dad use them. i like having the sticky roach to smoke later. two of those and i'm down for the count.

Over here in europe everybody uses them, I've been smoking for quite some years now and I've never met anybody who doesn't use a filter. So roaches ahoy!!

Around here very few people use them. We just roll a nice tight mouthpiece. On the other hand i can see why they are good, keep weed out of your mouth and they let you smoke all the weed and not have any weed left in the "roach"

the remains of a joint that can still be salvaged is a roach. what you are describing is a filter. and i don't see any point in not using one.. easy to make and it ensures that the mouthpiece isnt gonna get sealed shut when some newb slobs all over it.

i save my roaches (the end of a blunt or joint that still has weed in it) but i never use a filter. i dont see a point

We always use roaches here in the UK. I find it nicer to toke on and it never gets fucked up if you're passing it around. 10 second job, why not?

usually if I roll a jay im gonna smoke it to the domepiece though, so it's not gonna get niggalipped or fucked up.

not too many people add a filter that i know, but i learned from my bro and a friend of his.

oh yeah if someone tries to rip a filter off my pack of rollies they're gonna get slapped upside the head. i used to carry around a business card or 2 for this purpose, but i usually do the rolling so i don't bother anymore.
