When i smoke i like to laugh my ass off. a lot of the time people will be like stop freaking out man, calm down. but i'm just having a good time getting high and laughing. if we were in public i would get it, but even if were at someone's house people still bring me down. do any of you guys love laughing like me. i only have one friend who laughs with me, and we can seriously laugh for like 15 minutes straight at just the sound of our laughter. everybody else tries to stay calm, and they fight the high. i dont get it, they should just let the weed work its wonders.

people just need to work the tolerance up the the next level, that way you don't have problems laughing hysterically at nothing. once you get over the hump, even if you quit for a while, you still get super stoned, just not out of your mind stoned. even if i could go back to how it felt when i first started, i wouldn't want to, i like the feeling i get now.

the only time ive laughed longer than two minutes (Straight) was when i was on shrooms.... everyone was laughing... probably a good 10-15 mins non-stop

It seems like everyone goes through the giggly-high phase. I know my buddy and I did when we first started smoking.

The reason they try to get you to calm down is because they just want to relax and enjoy the high. They're not trying to ruin your high. There is nothing wrong with laughing a lot, however it can really be a pain in the ass to have to manage a really high person that can't take anything seriously, or it may even be bringing them down because you're all upbeat while they're all really chilled out.

They are not fighting the high, it's just that their high is different from your high. While I can't speak for everyone, I have found that after you smoke for a while you get used to it; it get's easier to enjoy the type of high your friends are experiencing. But that's not to say you have to reach that point, I'm sure many people have been smoking for years and still get giggly.

I would smoke with your friend that laughs with you. If you're not having a good time smoking with a certain group of people, why bother?
