easy... NEVER blow up someones phone. seriously it gets hella annoying gettings calls/texts from the same person rushing you. ya hes making money but thats not enough motivation for him even with gas money. plus i never call someone to bring weed to me i go to them unless im feeling super lazy but ill only ask during that time if its for an eighth+ and ill throw in gas money and smoke them out so they cant really say no

The best dealer I know is like that, he's usually one way or another though, we can call and well meet him right away, or we can call and end up waiting for an hour (usually we don't mind because we know other people in that area to chill with) but that block is hot sometimes and we don't feel like waiting around in an area that is not only known for selling weed but also crack, heroin, ecstasy, and basically anything you want. But the last time we got from him we called him around 9:20pm and didnt get it until 10:40 or so, lol.
