another UW college kid falls to his death while drunk

Man falls 30 feet from fraternity window: History, causes of falls revisited - The Daily of the University of Washington
it seems like this happens every year when it gets warm.
DRUNKS FALL OUT OF WINDOWS.

Take it to the bank, the liquor industry is the cause of the criminalization of MJ. I spent many years in law enforcement, and can report MJ is not any reason for an arrest. It can be home grown and could not be taxed. It is well documented how much more dangerous to society alcohol is compared to weed. Weed has many medical benefits while alcohol has none.

I have always felt the pharmaceutical companies are the ones who are responsible for suppressing the legalization by giving so much money to politicians. The politicians aren't gonna make money by legalizing it. The sad part is that they know weed is a much safer, more effective natural alternative to many of their medications, but their not concerned with our well being....only our wallets.

Cannabis vs alcohol - health and cannabis vs effects of alcohol - which is better, Cannabis or alcohol?

damn that sucks.

but why always bringing up the comparison between cannabis and alcohol?

both should be legal. quit trying to throw another enjoyable mild intoxicant down the tubes.

also, UW is mad confusing considering I attend a different u-dub

there is only one. and were are number one we just won the girls world championsip in baseball

Here's the national view on UW's softball story

I agree with you- booze should be legal
too much crime otherwise
I never say I think booze should be illegal and marijuana legal
but people often assume I do OH LORD PLEASE DON'T LET ME BE MISSUNDERSTOOD
I still drink now and then

alcohol is a terrible drug. I wouldn't mind if I never saw it again.

A couple things did surveys of top party schools in the usa awhile back. UW-madison was in it's own category because it drank 3x more alcohol then any university out there.

Yeah probably cuz it gets really fawking cold here and booze is cheaper then heat.

"though rated one of the nation's top party schools in the 2005 Princeton Review annual survey, it dropped out of the top twenty in that category in the 2007 survey, but retained first place for beer consumption"

Wisconsin has some of the lowest alcohol prices in the U.S. (the beer tax hasn't been raised since 1969), and 17,500 bars, taverns and stores licensed to sell alcohol. The state also has the highest rates of binge drinking and alcoholism in the country. The alcohol industry employs more than 200,000 people in the state, but 320 Wisconsin residents died in drunk-driving crashes last year.
w00t!

what a funny thing to debate about
