First time smokers
I am trying to helpsome one smoke for the first time. they are very nervous but they still want to so my question is:
If someone has never smoked before what kind of green would be good for them?

Give them a small bud and tell them to chew it like tobaccy and swallow. The buzz comes on much slower so they wont be shocked like the effect of a bong hit.
Once they are high and laughing break out the bong !

Yeah, thats pretty much bullshit.
break out the bong, fill it half full with chronic, a sprinkle of hash and top it off with kief. gotta learn to fly somehow.

Let them take a few small small tokes and then sit for a few minutes, don't get them ripped on the headiest heads, otherwise they might feel overwhelmed and never want to try it again. baby steps.
