Smoking old resin...

I've got this old metal pipe that I haven't used in about a year. It's pretty damn resinated and I'm fiending. Would there be any cons to smoking the resin?

i just rip my pipe, its so resiny that i dont even need herb anymore

its nasty tho

but its does the trick in a pinch i guess

Well, can't complain. I got an acceptable ball out of it. I'm not blazed but I'm feelin pretty relaxed.
