pretty knew tothe hole forum but just wanted to see if anyone has tried thst new stuff neva-clean. some of my friends had it at their house and now they swear buy it. I guess its a an organic resin blocker that allows you to never clean your piece again. I just ordered it even though im skeptic. they say free sample but you still have to pat $3 for shipping. Ill let you guys know how it goes

that kind of creeps me out. If the resin isn't sticking to the piece, then that means you're inhaling it. I inhale enough resin as is, I don't need anything to help me take in more of that shit.

edit: so I just read some more about it, apparently you need to put that solution crap into the water of you bong, and smoke through it... So that's pretty much how it works

hey this was before I even looked at the website. By the description that guy gave, I had assumed that it was something you washed your piece with and then it repelled the resin, and that didn't make sense to me. But yes, it was a stupid assumption.

And if it's being "dissolved" then that's just as bad because they claim you should use that bong water for a week. Who the hell wants to smoke out of gross week old resiny bong water?

i actually never looked at the website. knowing a thing or two about chemistry, unless this product is a total scam (which it is, don't get me wrong. but i am assuming that it at least does dissolve resin), there is really only one logical way for it to work. and it is as nasty as you have described.

i know of lots of solvents which dissolve resin nicely if your pieces get grimey. all of them are cancer suspect agents or proven cancer causing chemicals. i use them regularly in a lab. they are really really really really bad for you. just the vapors or residue can be dangerous. they claim their product is "natural" which doesn't mean anything; there exists all kinds of compounds in nature that will kill the shit out of you.

yeah even if it does work that's a fucking terrible name for any type of product.

edit: use this, and your bong will "neva-be-clean-again," no matter what you do!
