as for the whole cable guy business, yeah you probably should have smoked him out, but either way, you really don't need to worry about that. repairmen don't give a fuck if you blaze, they just wanna do their job and get out of there as quickly as possible.

pizza guys, salespeople, church people, fundraisers, neighbors, petitioners, utility people... there is an endless stream of them coming around and any one of them could catch a wiff through my door if i answer it. i just don't trust people who come around with an agenda in the first place. it only makes it worse if all they need to do is dial a drug hotline.

Really, unless you are growing or have over an once it is a Civil Offense in my state. That being the case I would have blazed right in front of him regardless of HIS beliefs, that is if your state had the same laws as Mass. or Cali. It's your home (mother's but same thing - you get the point).

who cares, cops still need warrants, and no cop is going to waste his and a judges time trying to procure one over "a faint smell of weed, mixed with air freshener"...You have to be a manufacturer, dealer, or asshole to get busted in your own home for pot and pot alone...

This story was hilarious! You, your mom and the cable guy were all pretending not to smell the stench of weed. LOL! My mother wouldn't have remained silent.

I tend to argee with the others that you missed an oppportunity of some sort by not answering the guy when he asked if you smoked. He might be selling on the side, or may have wanted someone to smoke with, especially since he reported he didn't have another immediate appointment. Oh well, live and learn.

You might want to pick up some Ozium spray. It will stop the stench of weed with the over powering.
