Hit rules?

Okay I'm just wondering about the hit rules on a joint/blunt. Usually on a blunt I take 3 good hits meaning I blew smoke out of my lungs 3 times and off a joint I do 2. Now I hang around some people that when they hit the blunt they hit it like 5 times before they blow out their smoke and they do this 3 times as well. I know you would think that it would be equivalent to my 3 hits but something is just telling me they're getting the better end of the bargain. Maybe it's just a lame paranoia that I developed over a period of time. but all and all am I the one that's in the wrong or are they the ones tripping on me??

puff puff pass 2 inhales and pass it regardless. unless you rolled it with just your herb, then you can do what you please i guess haha

Puff Puff pass seems to be the standard but there are always exceptions.

if it's only one blunt between more than a few heads, then bogarting is bad form.

if you got a sack with some weight, get a couple going at once, then you dont have to worry about it.

No doubt, you got have some etiquette and know the secrete rules. I always resented one of my friends who would take a hit, cough, start talking about something like he never got a hit and then would take another. This would be on a bowl, bone, whatever. We would be like, "Pass that thing!" and he would do it again or during another session. Lame/selfish

Suggestion-
Use a disposable, plastic hookah mouthpiece. It's called a hookah tip.
Put it over the end you smoke from, smoke, then pass the joint itself.
That way, your mouth doesn't come into contact with a shared item.

If there is a fat blunt between a few people then I've always felt its ok to chill on it for a minute. In a large group it's still puff puff pass. Joints are always puff puff pass. Those are my rules.

it depends, if we're smoking with a lot of people then it's just one hit each. If we're only smoking with like 3-4 people then it's 2 hits.

if you have money to burn, get yourself a dominican cigar and use that as the blunt paper.

i prefer a mild cigar with natural wrappers. a moist sponge and a little effort, best blunts to roll with. might even make you change your mind, kitch.

us too. but back in the day i did smoke a lot of blunts and it was always puff puff pass.
