Germination Question

I hope this finds you well. I wonder if you could answer a question regarding germination. Would you know the customary period between germination and the veg stage? I can't find a specific time table in the Grower's Bible and I used the Rockwool start up. I want to transplant to soil at the right time, but I'm not sure about the stability of the seedlings. I fear I kept them farther from the flouro's than I should of since they've stretched to about 2.5"-3" in height. Any input would be apprieciated. Peace.

As soon as you see the root out of the bottom of the rockwool pot up.
