Finding smokers in a new community

In about a month I will be moving to a new state with just me and my girlfriend. We don't know anyone in the small town we will be moving to, and where I have been out of the game for a long time now, I don't know how to find local smokers. Is there any good way to weed people out that smoke?

It depends on your age and profession. Being an older smoker with a real professional job, and after leaving my home town many years ago where I could score at will, it literally took me 8 years after moving to get reliable contacts with kush. Trust is tough to come by, especially the older you get and if you look straight/are white.

I suggest you bring it up in conversation with a person you have a good vibe with. That's what I did, and over the past 1 1/2 it has been automatic with the haze/kush ever since.

Go up to people who seem to be "stoner-ish" (In my area, long hair, beards, rasta colors and beanies are indicators) and show them your watch. Say " Hey man what time is it? My watch is stuck on 4:20." It sounds silly but it works okay. If they're not a smoker, no harm done, they just look confused.

Thats not a bad idea...

I'm 23 and will be working at a strip club while going to school. One of the main reasons I want to maintain 2-4 plants is to keep myself stocked without having to find a new dealer. It would be nice to have some guests over from time to time for a little bud sampling/trading. Finding growers is harder than finding smokers.

When you start meeting people and making friends it will soon become clear who does and doesn't smoke. Or just go to a reggae concert it's like July dude.

Any concert you go to, there's always people with weed. From my personal experience, any musical gathering, skate park, coffee shop, head shop, high school, and college have weed aplenty. There's just a kind of stoner radar you can rely on. If you look at a dude and think, "he smokes weed, I can just tell." that's the radar at work. But, growing is a lot more fun, and if planned smartly, a good deal cheaper.

Also, if you don't mind me asking, what small town did you move to?

Your problem may be more or less learning to ask rather than locating, a college student working at a strip club...

I may be going out on a limb here but I'd bet it'll be a safe bet to hit up some of the folks you either work or attend school with.

i may have a fucked up view of how it is in the world but around here all you have to do is go to a party near college housing. 9 times out of 10 people will be blazing in the yard or in some room of the house.

the legal status in kansas might not make it very easy though

You work at a strip club and you want to know how to find weed?

seriously?

This is why they need to teach critical thinking skills in school.

I already know everyone at the club, I'm friends with the owner. He smokes but doesnt grow and 1 of the dancers does coke. Other than that, the club is clean.

why cant your manager hook you up just because he doesn't grow?

hes gotta get it from somewhere?

ive never met a dealer who doesn't want a new customer with no other connects.

Or work in a strip club is the number 1 answer. Anything can be found there. Other good places are restaurants and of course bars, in terms of getting a connection at work. (I worked in a restaurant from age 13 and until I was 22 in my resort town - good times, although the work sucked.) Now I just so happen to work with someone who is straight as an arrow but knows EVERYONE in her community and set me up as she is super cool.

*edit* I forgot construction/builders. They all blaze.

Actually, she hooked me up twice. After my "get weed within a half hour" dude must have stopped dealing (does not return calls - no reason as we were cool for over a year - he actually said I was his best customer and I laughed. He could be in jail for all I know) she hooked me up the day I re-approached her. Set again, though it's a friend of a friend kind of situation now and I know the middle person is getting a piece ($ wise) but the weed is very good but very costly.

Good luck - I give you a week to have a hook up given the info you have provided.

If you work in a strip club or no matter where you work it should be easy to find others who smoke or know people who do.

I used to work at a McDonalds, and if you went through the drive thru asking for a large fry, extra crispy, the dude who was on fries would drop some ganja in a bag in the bottom of the fries and would get paid $20 at the window. Since my homie Levy was the only one on fries it worked ok.

Our local KFC made the news for that very same reason. Employees were selling marijuana through the drive through by code words when ordering. The problem was, their code word was asking for "extra biscuits". This obviously became a problem when 2 days later an elderly couple came through a got a bucket with, you guessed it, extra buscuits. They complained to the manager that they were grossly overcharged, and while the manager was investigating the situation, they found a large sack of weed in the biscuits box. This was huge on the local news, it was the funniest shit that had happened in my small town in a while.

Sorry but getting a second job for the sole purpose of hoping to meet someone who knows someone who grows and sells weed sound a bit ridiculous to me.

How hard can it be to find a good source if you're gonna work at a strip club, I mean seriously...
