I don't, I clean mine, just not that often.

I wish there was some kind of rez donation program since I know there are some broke ass motherfuckers out there, like my best friend for example.

Yeah this kid i know has a gob of chrons resin the size of a golf ball. I wanted to buy it from him for emergencies but he was saving it for the same reason.

Hint tho: no matter how big that ball of resin is, or how many roaches you save, they DONT last long so be careful when dipping into them.

I scrape my pipes, smear the res on hemp paper. It makes some nasty tasting but O-so-strong smoking goodness. On the occasion that I run out of greens, I can just run the paper through the bong. The water cuts pretty much all the harshness from the paper and I still get stoned.

Does it really give you headaches? Everyone that doesn't smoke resin tells me that, but all my friends and I smoke resin when we're out of pot and it gets us high just fine.

I don't usually scrape by bowl, but after a while the inside cavity fills up with resin which I can hit without having to scrape it. I usually clean it between every slice or so by holding it over a flame and wiping the res out of the bowl with a paper towel or some cotton balls (LOL). I'll do a deep clean if I smoke all the res or don't run out of weed for a while.

I used to scrape my bowl like a fiend until I realized it's usually not worth the effort and I would inevitably be left with the false hope of getting stoned to some shitty infomercial at 2:30 in the morning.

I hate dirty bowls. Dirty bong water also sucks.

A. You're smoking shwag res?
B. You dont clean the pipe often enough and it goes south. Try weekly.

Shit, my wife can't stand a dirty pipe, she cleans the glass almost once a week. More so by the color than the time. I have had glass pipes go 'bad' though, after awhile they just taste bad no matter how clean they are, even after some serious ultrasound cleansing (what, you don't have one?) you can taste nastiness. Keeps my collection ever young.

Oh, I quit smoking resin when I turned 30, if I can't get high I can't get high. Not like it's the end of the world.

I usually scrape mine just enough to keep the air flowing through, and let the rez build up. Say what you will about smoking resin, but when you're out of weed and you can smoke your "empty" pipe and get high all week, it pays off.

Besides, weed is just too damn expensive to not get every little bit out of it that you can!

ive been out of bud for a few days... last night i scraped like a tiny bit of the bowl resin/tar and smoked it. now i have a shitty sore throat going on today

it works in a pinch, but i think if i need a buzz that bad id rather go buy a tall can ala SSD

I'll tell ya some good resin. I have a bat, looks like a cig snipe, but anyways I've only ever smoked hash out of this bat and when I scraped it down it was like the same hash only a bit darker in color.

I've never smoked pipe residue and I'm not going to start now.

If it were residue from a vaporizer I'd consider vaporizing that. I don't smoke now just vaporize.

With bongs I'd just pour the dirty bong water down the drain and then clean the bong with rubbing alcohol and salt if it was glass, or use hot water and a q-tip soaked in alcohol for the metal stem if it was acrylic.

With glass bowls and one hitters I'd just put them in a plastic bag, put some salt in the piece and pour rubbing alcohol in and then shake it around really well and flush out the residue with warm/hot water straight from the tap.

For metal pipes and one hitters I'd just use rubbing alcohol and q-tips.
