Is there a safe online seed bank that ships to the U.S? Trying to get into home-growing...looking for knowledgeable grower to help me out!

IMO there's a few points that are very important. 1st is to make sure you are dealing with a reputable company then one needs to know if they ship to your country and if the packaging is not going to attract any attention. Am I missing something??

Always get them sent to a safe address- ie not one with a grow op.

He has spent lots of money fighting the bullshit illegality of the weed and for that I will always respect him.

But really, it was years ago and I have to force myself to forget the past when there is no danger of it repeating.
