Weed Dont Stay Dank And Good Long :/

i have a question i get like a qp of some good high mids not dro but right below it well anyways when i get it from the man its dank and has nice crystals on it and when smoked u can feel the crystals on ur throat and smoke is strong and taste good.. now when i storage it i break it down to 4 bags on a zone each and then put them then a gallon bag making sure no air is in it.. well the weed gets me stoned for a couple days then all the sudden when its time to go to the next zone the weed is not strong or gets me high like it did before... whats wrong ? what am i doing not right to keep it good at all times.. remember this isnt kush or dro so bottles would just make it grow mold right cause of the moisture ? please help me out thanks

what may be happening is the buds are further curing, meaning more of the overall cannabanoids are being converted to something else (possibly degraded) ,

its totally possible that you develope a slight tolerance by smoking the same type of bud for long periods of time.

Go buy a vacuum pump with a mason jar attachment. Divide the weed into 1/2 pint jars. Pump the air out, and your weed will stay fresh until you need it.

yeah tolerance to a bag is an issue when you only smoke one type definitely. I never had a bag lose significant potency on me as long as it didn't sit around for like 3 months. Just dry it out (very easy to do if the heat is on, just leave bag open) and then jar it up. No potency will be lost. If yer really smoking a whole qp of one kind of weed without variation though you WILL develope a tolerance to the particular complex of cannabinoids in yer bag.

To preserve bud potency, keep it away from heat, light, moisture, and plastic. Heat is anything over 75 for any good amount of time. Plastic is static-y so the crystals tend to fall off and cling to the bag. Also, store in glass every time. It does make a difference over a pretty short amount of time. I noticed the weed seemed less potent if I stored it in a plastic pill jar over time than if I put it in some glass.

i usually keep a hybrid, sativa dominant, for day time. then i have an indica strain for before bed

I sometimes carry a bit around with me in a plastic pill bottle.

remember they aren't airtight like say an old school 35mm film canister.

random storage tip: if you have some weed thats pretty kiefy and you dont want it to stick to a sandwhich bag, crumple the bag first (pretty sure it gets rid of the static).
