i dont know what you mean but i think its a ceiling drug in that you can only get so high

but you cant od, so theres no ceiling to how much you can smoke, so maybe no?

I used to like getting so high I couldn't see when I first started smoking but I'm not really trying to get dysfunctional stoned every time I smoke.

It does seem now that once I'm good and ripped smoking more only increases my stonedness slightly.

I believe the "system" can become saturated.

So yes, one can only get "so high" off of a particular batch/quantity/quality @ a particular time in your life.

As the years pass, I've become a maintenance smoker more than someone who wants to get as high/stoned as possible.

If I ate weed I could get like coma high.

If I smoked weed now i could probably get coma high.

i think there is a point where your body gets really good at reuptake of w/e chemicals are being released(tolerance).

with smoking i feel that you can only get so high because you can only smoke so much before your lungs wont allow you to smoke any more, so you keep smoking a certain ammount(til you choke) and your body becomes acustomed to dealing with thc up to that ammount.

if you eat it you can eat virtually as much as you want if you know how to make concentrates and tinctures. so you can get REALLY high to the point where even your tolerance doesnt really chip away at the total ammount of thc going to town on your receptors.

high cant really be measured, im sure you could measure metabolite concentration in the blood and get a number to see how high a person is, but that number still may not accurately represent the subjective state of being "high". so a 1st timer with .04 mg/dl blood concentration might be rocked while a hippie may have 10mg/dl and not even feel stoned.
