I have many good memories of D&D. Lots of hours spent in the company of some great friends having fun. There was this one time my mate spilt Coke on the carpet and sucked it up with his mouth, that was funny.
But mostly share any stories of funny shit your characters did, cool adventures, whatever.
If anyone remembers Unearthed Arcana that was a cool suppliment. I created a Barbarian, they had a fear/hatred of magic and gained XP by destroying mag items lol, he once destroyed a spell book that our group found and gained enough XP to gain a couple of levels right there, not very popular with the mage, but I killed him anyways so that worked out.

I used to play D&D back in the late 70's. In fact, I have one of the first DM Guides printed. I also used to create my own monsters, and had a map of my entire world up on my wall, where I would add new locations as I created new dungeons for people to explore. My friends and I had a blast playing that game.

I know people dump on D&D as some paste-eating nerd occupation, but they don't know shit. That game is amazingly fun. In fact, I can't think of another game where people can come together in imagination that way.

i played warhammer one time. it was pretty cool, i was with an older friend(i was probably 8 at the time) and he showed me his board and all the pieces he had customized.

i managed to attack several enemies with one flamethrower attack because they were all positioned near one another. it was a good day, i got to hang out with the big kids lol

I'm ashamed to admit that I have never played D&D, me and my buddies all said we'd play it last summer (never happened) Maybe this summer.

haha i went through a phase when i was about 13 when i thought warhammer was the shit, bought some pieces and got into painting them, i only actually went to the game store to play the game once or twice and i realized that i just wasnt nerdy enough to play the game.

same with dungeons and dragons, i liked the concept and tried playing a couple times but it didnt pan out.

There was this one time we were fighting something, I think it was a giant crab, inside a bubble that was holding back a mountain full of larva. The Mage cast a fireball at the crab, it burst the bubble and our whole party turned into crisps, stupid stupid stupid.
