Alright so i have a friend that said he's willing to buy me my CGL
and put money down on a indoor grow op... my question is how would i even go about getting one? cause i'm guessing its different then getting your recommendation?

yo man, i'd recommend finding a lawyer well versed in cannabis law, your gonna need one at some point in the process anyway, im willing to bet

as a jumping off point? he's not looking where to start, he wants to know everything...without knowing anything. He should have more info already if he cared enough to look around and seriously get started. Why go for commercial when you could become a medicinal marijuana caregiver, provide medicine to sick people, and have a little for you and your stoner buddy? Just a thought.

He said "commercial" which as far as I know IS NOT medical marijuana. Commercial, large scale. But to be a registered caregiver, you only grow it for the patients you support. And no, they're not hard to get at all. Hard to keep if you decide to break the laws and go over limit, but thats a separate issue all together.

im sorry but i have to comment here. why not give this dude the info he needs? what if he doesnt know anybody or know where to even look? people who withold information like that in our community aren't doing the cause any favors. oh and i checked, yes this information is readily available on google and no it is NOT easy to understand. this is a perfect place to ask if you need some advice from people who have been through the process. as for me? im a colorado caregiver so its a bit different out here but when i was looking for info on becoming somebodies caregiver, websites like these and people who have done it before are true assets. to all the nay-sayers, back off and dont be afraid to give info to our fellow heads/entrepenuers. they are what make this industry work and the cause to spread. help em out unless your afraid they are gonna dent your own pocket book. if your worried about that, then well, i'd find a new industry because as far as im concerned you have no business in this industry/cause if all your in it for is a profit!
