Smell of smoke.

Hey so lately a few people have commented I have had bad breath. I'm sure this is because I have taken to smoking spliffs. So I bought a bottle of mouthwash and that helps for a little bit. This didn't really bother me until a girl I was getting down with complained. I had brushed my teeth right before meeting up with her and used mouthwash. Within an hour or so breath already turned again. The problem is I get nasty shit coming up from my lungs.
Any of you tobacco smokers got a trick?

For now I guess I ll just keep some gum on me for when I meet up with girls. Not really happy with this solution tho.

other possibilities no more spliffs =

Yeah smoking weed and cigs gives me a kinda musty breath. Not rotten like morning breath, but not pleasant either. Brushing and mouth wash helps and so does gum, of course. But I also found that drinking/eating something sweet helps a lot. Beer, coffee, pepsi, red bull, slurpee, starbursts, skittles, gummy bears, jolly ranchers.. It doesn't make your breath any cleaner, per se, but it doesn't make it taste/smell like an old man lives in there either.

I quit smoking cigarettes... and my breath improved, along with the taste AND crisp coldness of just standard drinking water. Also discovered this wonderful thing..

Sometimes bad breathe can be a symptom of a bad tooth.

There used to be blue ones, but I haven't seen them in a long time. Those were bomb.

you wanna talk about a long time... remember that binaca breath spray? it used to be so cool to bust out the breath spray and do a double shot in the mouth. they always used to have it up in the checkout lanes with all the other impulse buys but now i doubt they even carry it in most stores. i miss the taste.

brush your tongue, gargle and swish water around thoroughly, clean gums, drink more water etc. Gum or those little mint alcohil drops if necessary

Stop smoking before doing things requiring fresh breath...

there is really no point to not try to treat the cause but just mask the effects. It is a losing battle.
