I've always been a dub sack kind of guy. An 1/8th is a high roller purchase to me, and a quarter oz. is a long term investment. But this is coming from a guy who has been known to nickle and dime his weed dealers without shame. Srsly, I've paid for sacks with loose change.

I think the most I ever bought at once was a half ounce.... ONCE!

How much do you usually buy?

I know it makes sense to buy more at a time. Dealers are more likely to fatten your purchase when you are buying in bulk. Also, if you plan to smoke a lot, it is just more convenient than constantly texting someone to hook you up with a smaller bag. Plus, if push comes to shove, you can sell a little if you need to.

Why don't I do this? Probably because I lack foresight.

I buy either an 1/8 or 1/4 usually.. keep in mind I only smoke about 9 days a month plus I don't smoke top shelf green..

i try to pick up halves but usually end up spending money on quarters cuz of availability.

the way prices work in this area you can get a half oz of weed at once for as much as a quarter and one eights cost by themselves. so its much more economic to pick up in bulk but it depends on how much cash i have and who is where with what.

an oz is too much for personal, IMO, cause the buds do tend to go bad unless you're smoking a couple blunts per day.

I disagree. Weed dries out. They say you can freeze it or seal it air tight, but it still dries out within a month and the quality decreases.

buying dubs is a waste if you know youre going to be smoking all the time, at least around where i live. i can usually make 2 half 1/8ths last for 3 weeks, smoking once or twice a night. i say 2 half 1/8ths because i usually get 2 different types so that i dont get a tolerance to the particular cannabinoid mixture of either bud.

i dont know where you live, but there are always like 3 other people you can call if you want something, so ya people will sell 5's 10's w/e you want. you dont get much but sometimes you dont need much

i'll only buy under and eighth if its from a friend, someone who ill be around anyway. i imagine if i had to go through the pain of meeting up with a dealer than it wouldnt be worth either of our time

As long as it is dry enough, you can keep weed in a jam jar or mason jar and the quality will tend to improve after a few months..

Usually it is fine for a year or two.
