I'm very lucky 'cause I live in California where it is legal to have a doctors permission to use pot as medical cannabis.

Relative to the English they speak in England, everyone speaks English the worst.

depends where in england.. i swear.. every area of england has a different dialect/orality-ness.

but i actually would say our english is better, even if only for the fact we didn't have to drop any letters from words to improve our literacy rates.
