For anyone wondering this is an old school tool for converting CNB to THC i believe.
Not sure about an owners manual but this thread will probably be of some help.

If you read that thread and find it helpful (a LOT of information if you read the whole thing) would you mind posting some pics/descriptions in the thread? I've heard about this machine before but i've never seen it in person. What I'm trying to figure out is how hard this would be to fabricate given some basic metalworking tools. Really an art that could be reborn on a good scale if someone could create good, not too technologically intensive schematics along with a good modernized instruction manual. The thing looks like a beast and what i'm mostly wondering is how much the form follows function vs just looking cool.
