I am a person who suffers from PTSD and Ulcerative Colitis. These conditions are covered under other states laws as being eligible for treatment with marijuana but I live in a state that does not have medical marijuana laws and thus I am unable to treat both of these conditions. I am hoping that I might be able to grow sufficient quantities to help. i have never grown marijuana before and look to this forum for guidance. Cost is a big issue for me so any help that doesnt break my small bank is doubly appreciated.
