work-outs
So my cousin is a personal trainner, and he told me the best thing to do after a work-out is to smoke weed, especially if you haven't worked-out in a while. Weed relaxes your muscles so they don't tense and stiffin up...
I started roller blading 12 weeks ago going at least 5k, 3times a week and I'm yet to have my muscles tense up, I come home and smoke a bowl everytime I go... like I need anymore reasons to smoke a bowl....lol |

im guessing most people on here smoke before and after most activities and especially excersize.
