We peacefully fight the drug war, and tonight was no exception. Culture thrives in our studio with our local guests enjoying the unique freedom we bring to Denver. Tonight was the perfect night to unleash a treasure trove of new sounds to present the 'new' show. Bobby Black came on the program to say hello and congratulate McKenna who if you haven't heard yet was named Miss High Times August 2008. Judi, well known as The Apothecary Angel added some sweetness to the evening. After the radio show, our guests enjoyed a very lively comedy session from DanK, Roger the Intern, and the one and only Dick Black. The recording is sure to make it into the VIP Smoke Room coming soon!

From the Mile High City, tonight we finally got the chance to talk with Super High Me Star, Comedian Doug Benson. Later on, we were joined by Ngaio, well known comedian and editor of West Coast Cannabis, during which Paul the Producer got in an overheated exchange with DanK about the old republican nominee for president. The night was still fun and we all wound up lovingly high. Live listeners got a treat with the aftershow, which will only be heard by the few special listeners who decide to become vip. The stars were aligned and the bong was ripped all night long.

YouTube - Marijuana Radio at the World Marijuana Film Festival

Finally it’s here! We did something out of the ordinary when we went to the World Marijuana Film Festival. We drove over 20 hours straight to find ourselves surrounded by the beautiful wilderness in Upper Lake, California. Thank you to ApothecaryTravel.com, and our generous host Brett, who made us feel at home in the relaxed atmosphere. We had a blast meeting up with Ponyboy from Los Marijuanos, Ken from Dragon By JW, the famous Eddy Lepp and Trips Festival Filmmaker Eric Christensen. Oh yeah, there was more weed and hash in one place than we’ve ever seen in our overly stoned careers.
