Backing up firefox shit

So im gonna be re-installing my operating system soon (to windows 7 rc on may 5) and i was wondering if anyone knows of a way to export my firefox live bookmarks, addons, greasemonkey scripts, etc to a file so that i can restore all these settings and shit when i reinstall firefox.
