Thought Pineapple Express was mildly amusing for a dumb film... mainly because I find most things with pothead stereotypes mildly amusing, cos I can see elements of myself in them. hehe

I guess you mean the remake of The Hills have Eyes? Haven't seen that one but the original Wes Craven one was class in a low budget 70's kinda way.

Don't think I have seen the rest other than American Pie and Saw II, but have never been a fan of teen comedy so I'm inclined to agree that those ones probably all suck big hairy balls, including American Pie... which was indeed, shit.

Saw II wasn't that bad IMO... can't actually remember which one it is, but they were all fairly entertaining.

- Star Wars Ep 1 The Phantom Menace

I haven't seen kangaroo jack.

There are a lot of movies that I could include that I've seen, but these are most worthy. Dazed and Confused was good when I first saw it.

I agree 6th sense was only an average movie to me, and I liked unbreakable which a lot of ppl said was boring.

A shit list hasn't been done, best movie list has.

IMDb Bottom 100
Worst of the Worst 2009 - Witless Protection - Rotten Tomatoes

Those are pretty solid lists of worst movies. I haven't seen many of them but what i have seen i would agree.

In regards to the OP's list. I would have to disagree with the choices:
Pineapple Express, I Love You Man, Knocked Up, 40 Yr Old Virgin, and American Pie. Step Brothers wasn't too bad either, definitely not the greatest movie for anyone involved, but not worthy of a worst movies list IMO.

I have never watched any of the "<insert topic> movie"(date movie, disaster movie etc) besides the original scary movie, but they all seem like they would be completely terrible. They all appear frequently on worst movie lists.

I have seen slight bits of "Battlefield Earth", and what i did see was terrible. It is pretty common on worst movies lists too.

I think the paris hilton movie "The Hottie and the Notty" is one of the worst movies ever in terms of theater sales. I can only assume the movie was completely terrible too.
From Wikipedia:
Quote:
The film was a major box office disaster. In its opening weekend, the film grossed $27,696 in 111 theaters in the United States, averaging $249 per theater.[14] The Houston Chronicle determined that, based on average ticket prices, this represented an average of 35 people seeing the movie per theatre on its opening weekend, or an average of five per showing.[15] In other words, the movie "bombed", costing the production company responsible over $8,000,000

I must be the only guy on this Earth that was completely naive to Battlefield Earth being a bad movie. Maybe I was in a good mood when I saw it or something but I walked out of that dollar theater feeling pleasantly gratified for having watched it.
