Pr0n0 Virus

I have some kind of virus that brings up this fake anti-virus program, many porn sites such as porno.org, porno.com and viagra and other e.d. pages. And it keeps bringing up fucking fake warning notifications.

I found the processes and stopped them, but how do I remove this shit?
McAffee can't find it.

Ive got this virus on my home computer! Very annoying, i cant do anything to attempt to fix it. How did you get rid of it?
