im giving a guy an 8gb itouch that i was rewarded for this-
Laptop

"Looking to trade an HP NC6220 laptop.
2GHZ Processor
2GB Ram
60Gb Hard Drive
DVDROM CDR/W
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
Windows XP Pro "

Good trade?
I dont own a computer and i figure this would be perfect since i dont have internet either. I can just go to coffee shops and such and use theirs.

I also have a personal 64gb itouch, so its not like i need one. Just a computer to sync it with.

ill find out in about an hour or so... hes gotta drive a ways. i def have to toy with it for a moment cause all the reviews and stuff online say it has different specs.

edit- success! free wi fi is fucking sloooow, though.

as a semi-nerd myself i am compelled to say thats a pretty good trade. you arent going to be playing crysis on that rig but it will work for common computing functions such as browsing the internet and enjoying media. welcome to the wonderful world of computer owning and internet addiction!

edit- internet speed is not determined by your computer by the way, its totally up to what kind of connection they have at the coffee shop and how powerful their wireless router is

I hate tiny handheld gizmos that cost lots of money for no good reason.

I would take the laptop over that any day.

The question is though, and I'm not aware of the answer at all, is how much is that ipod touch worth if you sold it second hand?

a store would pay 60 bucks, and most people on craigslist would pay 130, give or take a bit. i did sell one 8gb for 150.
