so the map pack is finally available on the ps store for $15.

whats the verdict on this? worth $15? how are the maps?

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Dont get it!!!! Its only 3 new maps and 2 old ones man, but the 3 new ones are pretty sick.

my friend bought it for me so i can't complain. i like the new maps myself. even ones i didn't like at first have grown on me. it's worth it if you want some added variety, but be warned the newer maps seem to come up much more frequently. i've been missing highrise and quarry

I bought it, not really sure wether it was "worth" it though. 15 bucks isnt THAT much, so it depends wat worth you give it i guess. The new maps are eh.. but gives the online play more variety

different development studio....

infinity ward, the dudes that created modern warfare don't make games for activision anymore, they now have the guys who made halo(bungie) on board who will NOT continue the modern warfare franchise...

1 or 2 good games seems to be the average life cycle of your FPS franchise and its been that way for awhile

cod is actually an exception to that, they've had a long career with many releases that have all been top games

time to put them out to pasture those old cows
