Weeds season 6

Saw the first episode, if this is any indication, im going to be very disappointed in this season.

However, this past season of breaking bad was slow and boring until it counted, so im not giving up on weeds just yet.

I bailed on weeds when season two went drama and not enough comedy. I decided not to touch it after that. It could have gotten better, but I didn't want to sit through the, what I'm sure was meant to be, character development.

season 3 = serious

season 4 = more serious

season 5 = FUCKING SITCOM...it was such a cluster fuck.

Cesar went from being a cold blooded killer to a comedic relief, then switched back.

The show has had its ups and downs, but kevin nealon and the rest of the guys (especially the creepy ass young kid whos now a murderer) keep me watching.

I understand why people bailed, but I suggest getting back on the boat atleast to finish the series.

Like Sage, I gave up on this show a while ago. It was smokin" the first few season, but now it's just a super ridiculous mess.

Loved the first seasons. Halia and Conrad were so cool.

that tunnel shit, same with the "lets grow in a national park" idea, was just in there to keep the other characters busy, its been all about that mexican dude and her baby drama for the last season and a half...

Kinda beat that this episode isn't on demand. I forgot that it was airing already. They put that show The Big C that was running with it on, and every other season of Weeds but not this episode. Guess I'll have to find it online somewhere.

Oh and I didn't really read everything in here but I gotta agree it kinda took a dive but the recent episodes were definitely back in full form.

eztv.it is the BEST tv show torrent site out there bar none, the speeds are amazing and they have preairs.

(ep one was a preair thats why its not on ondemand)

Oh no shit. I just remembered that it was early August and airing with that new show The Big C so when I heard you guys talking and saw that show on there I figured it had already aired. Thanks for the tip, I'll check into it.

Edit: In the meantime it's streaming here for anyone that missed it.

I dunno, I didn't think it was that bad. [spoilers]

Sure it was slow, but I found it to be a good building episode. Yea it's a dramedy, so expect some sitcom and soap opera moments. I was actually pretty impressed with Alanis Morissette's performance throughout the last season. Not often do you see Musicians turn into good actors, shame to see her disappear [as it seems]. It's also a shame that Elizabeth Perkins [the blonde one] isn't with the show anymore. I forget if she's out this season or the next one though.

I'm kinda digging Shane's newfound psychosis. Considering all the shit he's been through in childhood, i thought it was a pretty smart story arc with hopefully interesting conclusions. Silas seems to be stepping into the father figure role as everyone else collapses around him.

On the run after murdering Cesar's partner with his baby in hand, they certainly left the rest of the season wide open. Maybe we'll see Cesar's darker side again. Andy seems to be the same character, and I wonder how Kevin Nealon's entrance will be.
