So im looking into buying a new monitor, and was wondering if any yall had some suggestions. i game and the price limit is around 300$, hopefully not more then $240.

Seems like my smokin' deal on a 19 inch widescreen for $129 turned out to be worth every cent. Looks like it's going to make it a year to the day.

from my understanding 2ms GTG = 10 ms BTB (the normal way of measuring response time) so i may still go with px2370 for quicker response and local buy for an extra 80.

actually, all that gtg shit is confusing the fuck outta me. cant find solid answers.

some say 2ms gtg = 10ms, some say 5. either way, ima try to stay away from monitors claiming GTG and dynamic contrast, cause they both seem to be marketing ploys.

so this one is winning, atm. the price i pay will be prolly 180-190$ and i can pick it up locally, so if i dont like or there is a problem, itll be easy as fuck to take care of.

i settled on that one so far. had it 2 days, its awesome. was 159$ before tax and then i got a 4 year protection plan on it for 16 bucks in case it does to turn out to be shit and i wont ever have to ship the fucker any where, just bring it back to work.
